1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by BITS – Business Innovation and Training Services ("BITS"). By booking services, you agree to these Terms.
 

2. Services
BITS provides corporate training, individual coaching, workshops, and customized training solutions.
 

3. Corporate vs Individual
Corporate Clients are responsible for payment and coordination. Individual bookings are non-transferable unless approved.
 

4. Booking & Payment
- All payments are in CAD.
- Partial payment is required at booking.
- Full payment must be completed before Day 2 of service.
 

5. Cancellations
- Minimum 48 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.
 

6. Conduct
Participants must act professionally. BITS may remove disruptive participants without refund.
 

7. Intellectual Property
All training materials remain the property of BITS and may not be shared or reproduced.
 

8. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential unless required by law.
 

9. Disclaimer
Training is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
 

10. Liability
BITS is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from training services.
 

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
